Traveling over West End Bridge proceed to Western Avenue. Go around Allegheny center following signs 279 North/Allegheny General Hospital. Turn right onto East Ohio Street. Make left onto Cedar Avenue. Go two blocks to Suismon Street. Make right onto Suismon and Max's is two blocks up on right. Airport/Parkway through Fort Pitt Tunnels. Pass North Shore/Stadiums 279 North. Take Exit 13 - East Ohio Street.

From Route 65: (Ohio River Blvd) Traveling North towards downtown Pittsburgh stay in left lane. Take 279 North and get immediately into right lane. Take East Ohio Street Exit staying in left lane. Make a left off the East Ohio exit and go two blocks to Middle Street. Go two blocks and Max's is on left at corners of Middle and Suismon Street.
